Max Sterling PI: The Grady Case is a unique experience. The game is half point and click visual novel murder mystery adventure game, half puzzle solving and deductive reasoning game, derived from relevant clues that are hidden in dozens of documents and items.

Max Sterling PI: The Grady Case is the first installment of a new immersive detective puzzle game series, where players investigate the death of Walter Grady, a prominent businessman in Saint Cloud City.
How long does it take to complete The Grady Case?
This will vary between players, some people will play in groups, and some alone. The adventure part of the game will provide our players with 6-8 hours of interviewing 40+ characters, exploring and searching over 60 areas, on your way to examining and cross referencing over 50 items, which will add anywhere from 2-6 hours of gameplay, while you determine who had a motive, means, and opportunity on the night in question.
What makes the Max Sterling games unique?
Max Sterling games are unique, because they seamlessly combine two popular types of games. One is a Point and Click adventure video game, unlocking new locations and characters, collecting items, and then a mystery solving through cross referencing clues and visual references game.
What would you compare the experience to?
The adventure part of the game would be compared most with J.B. Harold Murder Club, and then has similarities to Obra Dinn, and The Roottrees are Dead. Also, the home experience murder mystery games Hunt A Killer, and Unsolved Case Files.

The Max Sterling games are inspired by some of our developer's favorite mystery experiences. The adventure part of the game has most of the visual inspiration drawn from "J.B. Harold Murder Club". Once you have discovered all of the items, which hold all of the clues and information you need to solve this mystery, you will find yourself truly becoming a detective. If you like any of the "solve a cold case at home" experiences, like Hunt A Killer, or Unsolved Case Files...you will love this!!!
